Via the New York Times (and many others), comes the story of an attorney filing a 5-page cartoon in the Apple e-book litigation because the judge would not let him file a standard-length 25-page brief. (Article
here, full cartoon brief
here.) More amazing, the cartoon does an excellent job of covering the attorney's points, and doing so in a thoroughly understandable, funny way. If this catches on, I am completely on board with going back to art school to become a certified legal cartoonist.
